/ / Hello, World. I'm
Abdulbasit
From event platforms to pixel perfect UI, I build what needs building. Just 19, and already shipping things people use.
01 · About Me
Who I Am
I'm Abdulbasit -- a rare mix of leadership, tech, and design. I run the systems that move thousands of people, then build the software to power them. Somewhere between shipping code and managing events, I'm also working toward a pilot's license.
The Triple Threat
Directing teams and events at scale
Building the systems behind the scenes
Making it all feel effortless to use
19
Young. Driven. Proven.
Old enough to ship real products, young enough to still be figuring it out.
Aspiring Aviator
Training toward an EASA CPL
Logging hours toward a private pilot's license, one flight at a time.
Cleared for Takeoff
Building a career on the ground, training for one in the air

02 · The Journey
Leading, then Building
Four years of running events at scale, then turning that into engineering: a placement, a first hackathon, and a product in flight.
Leading
SteamNexus
IT & Graphics Team
My first event - a commercial-style college social gathering built around mini games and a scavenger hunt. Recognized with a shield for the work put in.
Nobelium
Media & IT and Graphics Director
Ran logistics and social media in lockstep with the Executive Council, with Bayaan headlining the concert night.
Pandora
Director of IT & Graphics
A social gathering built around a DJ set and a Squid Game-themed section - and one that landed major sponsors along the way.
PMUN26
Director of Registrations
Built and ran the registration system leading a 15-person team, with Bayaan returning for the concert night alongside a Shaam-e-Mastana bazm.
Nobelium
Director of General Management · Executive Council
Oversaw sponsors, vendors, IT & Graphics, publications, registrations and media teams, closing with a bazm night featuring DJ Hanzi and DJ Sparkle.

Things I've Shipped
HORIZON 2026 · Smart Real Estate
Mayaar Smart Estate
Natural-language home matching over 146 real Islamabad listings. Hard constraints are filtered and scored in deterministic code; Gemini is used only for judgment and explanation, and proximity is haversine maths rather than a model estimating distance. Ranked matches with per-criterion reasoning, conversational refinement and radius search.

IT Heritages
A concept redesign exploring a new direction for IT Heritages. An exploration rather than the production site - built to test a visual and structural approach end to end.

My Approach
Hover a phase to flip it open.
Plan & Strategize
We map goals, audience and scope together. Wireframes, moodboards and a clear brief - before a single line of code.
Build & Iterate
Design and development in tight loops. You see progress early and often; feedback lands in days, not weeks.
Launch & Polish
Performance passes, responsive QA, deployment and handover. Then I stick around to make sure it flies.
